This policy applies to dress orders within the U.S., clarifying logistics processes and liability. Placing an order confirms your agreement to the terms.

II. Shipping Fees

  • Calculation: Real-time display at checkout based on dress weight, destination, and method.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $150 within the U.S. (subject to promotion updates).

III. Timeframes

IV. Logistics Services

  1. Carriers: UPS, USPS, FedEx (automatically selected for optimal delivery).
  2. Insurance: Default $100 coverage (upgraded to full value for silk/custom dresses).

V. Address & Order Changes

  • Address Modification: Email support@dkltableware.shop within 24 hours of ordering; no changes after shipping.
  • Cancellation:
    ▶ Unshipped: Full refund immediately;
    ▶ Shipped: Follow Return Policy, buyer responsible for return fees (custom dresses excluded).

VI. Delivery Issues

  1. Damaged Parcels:
    • At delivery: Reject and photo-document; contact us within 24h with evidence.
    • After delivery: Provide photos within 48h for replacement/refund.
  2. Delays:
    $10 shipping credit for orders overdue by >2 business days (with tracking proof).

VII. Manufacturer Direct Shipping

  1. Service Details (for designer collaborations):
    • Method: Manufacturer’s economy ground (1–5 days, warehouse location dependent);
    • Processing: 1–2 business days (may extend to 3 for new releases);
    • Tracking: Sent to email within 24h of shipping.
  2. Liability: Brand-managed after-sales; $20 voucher for stockouts/processing delays.

VIII. International Orders

International shipping currently unavailable; updates will be announced on our website (subscribe for notifications).
